This wine is 100% natural with zero chemical intervention. No pesticides, herbicides, sulfur or copper are used in the vineyards or winery. The vines are grown on a steep slope with south-southeast exposure. The position is very windy, with morning winds coming from the north and afternoon winds coming from Lake Garda.

Vinification
Similar to the restrained viticultural approach, the vinification approach is faithful to the idea of minimimal intervention. No clarifying agents, sulphur or filtration are used. The resulting wine is frizzante with sediment present "col fondo" which can be either decanted for service or incorporated and consumed for a different textural experience.
Notas de Degustación
Un vino frizzante con mucha mineralidad y notas de durazno y chabacano. Tiene una acidez casi crujiente.
Maridaje
Ideal para tomar como aperitivo con carnes frías y quesos frescos como chèvre y burrata.  También se combina muy bien con comida asiática.
