Viticulture
The hill has southeast exposure and the area is well ventilated because of the influence of the "Ora" from nearby Lake Garda. The vines are trained using "pergoletta trentina aperta" and Guyot systems.

The soil is highly varied with drifts of sandstone, siltstone, loam rocks, limestone and dolomite.
Vinification
In order to preserve the delicate atromatics of this wine, the grapes are worked using a proprietary technique called iperriduction which prevents oxygen from reaching the grapes. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel.
