As with all of Cantina Morone´s wines, organic practices are followed in the vineyards. Intervention is minimal, and all grapes are harvested by hand.

Vinification
Fermentation is spontaneous using indigenous yeast. Maceration in steel for 20 days. Aged for 6 months in old, neutral wood. The wine is neither fined nor filtered before bottling.

Este es un vino seco y directo, lleno de moras y violetas, es joven y fresco. En boca es jugoso y especiado, llenando la boca de fruta y terminando con taninos persistentes pero redondos.

Unas tampiqueñas asadas u hongos portobello al grill.
