Viticulture
The wine is made from grapes from different parcels on the hill of Faedo, one with southwest exposure and the other with a western exposure. The vines are trained using "pergoletta trentina aperta" and guyot systems.

Soil Type
The soil is highly varied with drifts of sandstone, siltstone, loam rocks, limestone and dolomite.
Vinification
In order to preserve the delicate atromatics of this wine, the grapes are worked using a proprietary technique called iperriduction which prevents oxygen from reaching the grapes. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel.
